Joint Operations Center (JOC)
Operations & Logistics Support

NANA Pacific provides personnel, equipment and services to requisition, receive, store, issue and account for standard and non-standard Homeland Security and National Guard teams and units. 

Our dedicated staff is experienced in playing a critical role in military missions and responding to emergency events. NANA Pacific develops and implements plans of action to ensure continued security and success, with little or no prior notice, for every client and community we service. We monitor, collect and analyze data to develop and update security and defense activities.

Professional Advisory & Assistance
Services

NANA Pacific is supporting the National Guard Bureau, the Director of the Joint Staff, National Guard Bureau Director, Domestic Operations (J3) and the National Guard Bureau (J3) Current Operations Group Division Chief with ongoing and future requirements associated with Operation Jump Start (OJS) and Southwest Border operations. This includes support for current processes and developing future processes that assist the National Guard and its role in OJS.

NANA Pacific also maintains effective liaison relationships with other local, state and federal agencies affected by or participating in OJS, defense and security operations.

Tactical, Operational & Strategic
Planning

NANA Pacific provides comprehensive management and organizational support to the National Guard Bureau in the coordination and integration fo the seven National Guard Homeland Defense mission areas. The objective of this effort is to provide full time manning for USSTRATCOM and the Defense Readiness Reporting System. NANA Pacific is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of plans to integrate the National Guard and USSTRATCOM NC2 requirements into joint, service and interagency doctrine. The scope of this effort ensures that the National Guard is capable of assisting in developing operational and strategic level National Guard and joint concepts and doctrine.

Emergency Preparedness
Response & Management

NANA Pacific provides a full range of technical system planning, logistical and management services in support of national, state and local agency disaster relief efforts.

Essential functions include providing operations, maintenance and upgrades for emergency deployable communication systems in support of national emergencies and exercises for major events. Additional capabilities include engineering, design, integration, testing, training, delivery, maintenance and coordination of services to first response missions for state and local relief teams.

Communications & Interoperable
Telecommunications

NANA Pacific provides logistics support for the Deployable Communications Capability Vehicle and ancillary equipment including spares, systems engineering, operations, IT storage and maintenance services during exercises, training and national crises and disaster relief efforts.

Our systems are a reliable and robust communications infrastructure of quickly-erected communication towers used by the military, National Guard, FEMA and other first responders to disasters such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires and terrorist attacks.
