NANA Pacific designed, installed, and is currently operating a turnkey Wireless Broadband Network
for the Iraqi Telephone and Postal Company. This network supplies Iraqi government agencies and other
entities in and around Baghdad, Iraq with high-speed wireless network connectivity. Work for this project has been completed in house.
Project work has included: site survey, network design(using open standards and physical and logical
redundancy to provide fault protection), equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning,
documentation, and opertaions and maintenance (O&M) training.
Local Iraqis were hired to assist with installation during the construction phase. The O&M phase for
the network also includes training Iraqis to be able to operate and maintain the system themselves.
