Vehicle Maintenance Shop Construction

As part of a larger MATOC contract, NANA Pacific was issued a Task Order for the construction of a 6,600
square foot maintenance facility to be used by personnel stationed at Ft. Richardson.
The facility is comprised of a two-stall garage adjacent to a storage and office complex. The building was
constructed of Reinforced Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) with steel stud framing in conjunction with a
structural steel support system. Other activities on this project included administration of a Quality
Control System using the QCS/RMS system implemented by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
The contract was administered on behalf of the Ft.Richardson Department of Public Works.
