Fuel Maintenance Dock Upgrade and Renovation

NANA Pacific won a full and open contract to upgrade and renovate the ADAL Fuel Cell Maintenance Dock on
Minot AFB in Minot, North Dakota.
Work included a 14,000 sq. ft. addition, a 25,000 sq. ft. upgrade and renovation to an existing B-52
hangar. The addition will include a new steel structure, concrete footings and foundation. The renovation
will focus on demolition of the exterior metal panel building skin and metal roofing,
installation of insulated metal wall panels, and standing seam metal roof, a new motorized bi-parting
hangar door, paint, new CMU partitions for personnel support spaces, fire protection using both water and
foam systems, as well as new mechanical and electrical equipment.
